How to Conduct a Highly Effective Job Search:

Strategies for Managing Your Next Career Move in Sales and Marketing

The Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) is partnering with Adcraft, 313 Digital, the Direct Marketing Association of Detroit, the American Marketing Association (Detroit Chapter), and International Interior Design Association (IIDA) in a forum that enables our unemployed and employed members to learn new skills and techniques that will aid in career searches and networking.

The event begins at 5 p.m. with a networking session (light hors d’oeuvres, cash bar), followed by a panel presentation from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Panelists will include Denise Roberts, founder of Sales Partners; Gary Erickson, partner, Executive Search Partners; and Shelli Gutholm, recruitment manager, Aquent.

Event Target Audience: Sales, Marketing and Advertising professionals, unemployed and employed, and corporate employers.

Agenda: 1 ½ hour of networking followed by 1 ½ hour panel discussion
